Stress vs. Relaxation

You may have noticed that your body is constantly under tension and you can never really relax.

Permanent tension can have a negative effect on your well-being, both physically and mentally.

In our fast-paced world, we are often under constant pressure to perform or meet deadlines,

and private conflicts are not uncommon.

These stress reactions put your body on high alert - a useful reaction in the event of acute danger.

But if stress levels remain high for a long time, it can lead to health problems.

You may suffer from sleep disorders, anxiety or inner restlessness.

Or you may feel the effects physically through headaches, stomach problems or tension.

It is important to find regular relaxation and create a balance to your stressful everyday life in order to prevent exhaustion and burnout.

I understand how stressful permanent stress can be and how important it is to find ways to relax.

If stress is already causing physical problems, you should definitely seek professional help.

Medications often only offer short-term relief and carry a risk of addiction.

My methods can help you to reduce your stress independently and sustainably improve your well-being.

Hypnosis

I offer you hypnosis, which is ideal for achieving a deep state of relaxation.

Even in ancient Egypt, priests knew about the health-promoting effects of healing sleep.

I lead you into a relaxed trance that calms your nervous system.

This slows down your heart rate and breathing, the stress hormone cortisol is broken down and your body regenerates.

During deep relaxation, I use meditative suggestions that speak directly to your subconscious

and relax you physically and mentally. This deep relaxation reduces tension, pain and inner restlessness

and helps you achieve a balanced state of mind.

Symptoms caused by stress such as sleep disorders or headaches can also be overcome through hypnosis.

During therapy, you will also learn how to achieve a state of relaxation at home using self-hypnosis.

Autogenic Training

One of the most common methods for overcoming fears and stress in everyday life. This technique gives you tools that you can use to relax anywhere - whether in the office, at home or while traveling.

This psychotherapeutic method is based on the realization that the body and psyche always act and react in dependence on one another. By mentally focusing on certain physical reactions and sensations, these actually occur -

a phenomenon known as the Carpenter effect or ideoplasia.

My methods are designed as short-term therapies, so - in contrast to many other approaches -

noticeable changes are often possible after just a few sessions.

Each of these methods can be used individually or in combination.

In the preliminary discussion, we will find out together which form of therapy is best for you

and estimate the duration of the treatment.
