Depression

Maybe you know the feeling that everything in life suddenly becomes too much.

Even the smallest tasks seem insurmountable and exhaustion is omnipresent.

You feel listless and less resilient than usual, you hardly recognize yourself and are sad for seemingly no reason.

It can be confusing not to know why you feel so bad when everything should actually be fine.

Depression often has no identifiable cause and can be accompanied by feelings of shame and guilt.

But it is important to know: It is completely OK to get help!

Depression is a part of life, just like other physical complaints for which you see a doctor.

In my practice, I offer you various therapy methods to support you on your way out of depression.

These are mostly designed as short-term therapies, so that - in contrast to many other approaches -

noticeable changes are often possible after just a few sessions.

Talk Therapy:

Here we create a safe space together in which you can speak openly about your feelings. I listen to you carefully and help you develop new perspectives. This method promotes your self-confidence through understanding and acceptance. Hypnoanalysis: This method allows us to search deep in the subconscious for the causes of your depression. Together we look at hidden belief patterns and process them. Hypnoanalysis can help heal old wounds and establish new ways of thinking and feeling.

Suggestive Hypnosis:

Through positive suggestions we strengthen your inner resources and change negative thought patterns directly in the subconscious.

This method aims to bring about noticeable changes after just a few sessions.

EMDR:

EMDR is an effective method for processing stressful memories or emotions.

In the case of depression, EMDR can help to resolve negative thought patterns and break down emotional blockages.

Yager Code:

The Yager Code is an innovative method for working with the subconscious without directly confronting traumatic experiences. By communicating with the "higher consciousness", blocking patterns are identified and resolved.

A major advantage of the Yager Code is its gentle approach; it enables you to bring about change

without having to relive stressful memories.

Self-Hypnosis:

I will show you self-hypnosis techniques so that you can also deepen the successes of our sessions independently at home.

This gives you a tool to become more stable in the long term.

Relaxation Techniques:

Methods such as progressive muscle relaxation or autogenic training help to reduce stress and promote a feeling of calm. These techniques help you to better deal with stress in everyday life. My methods are designed as short-term therapies, so that - in contrast to many other approaches - noticeable changes are often possible after just a few sessions. Each of these methods can be used individually or in combination. In the preliminary discussion, we will find out together which form of therapy is best for you and estimate the duration of the treatment.
