In talk therapy I offer you a safe space full of understanding and acceptance.

Here you can speak openly about your challenges in setting goals.

Through reflective conversations we support you in organizing your thoughts better

and developing clear strategies for achieving your goals.

 

Autogenic Training and relaxation methods

 

Autogenic training offers you techniques for self-relaxation.

This method helps you to reduce stress and find inner peace -important prerequisites for focused work.

I will show you simple exercises that you can use at any time to reorient yourself in stressful moments.

 

Self-Hypnosis

 

Self-hypnosis is a valuable addition to hypnotherapy.

I will give you self-hypnosis techniques so that you can access your subconscious and your resources outside of our sessions.

This will enable you to continue the positive effects of therapy independently and to

strengthen your concentration and determination in the long term.

noticeable changes are often possible after just a few sessions.

 

Each of these methods can be used individually or in combination.

In the preliminary discussion, we will find out together which methods are best for you

and estimate the duration of the treatment.
