Sleep Disorders

Maybe you know the feeling when the nights seem endless and restful sleep just doesn't come.
Sleep disorders are a widespread problem that affects many people. Difficulty falling asleep and sleeping through the night,
lying awake at night and tiredness in the morning can have a significant impact on everyday life.

These problems limit the quality of life and often lead to a vicious circle of exhaustion and tension.

Although sleeping pills can provide short-term relief, they are often associated with risks such as dependency,
side effectsand a deterioration in sleep quality in the long term.
Sleep is essential for our physical and mental health.

In my practice, I offer you various approaches that can help you permanently improve your sleep quality without medication:

Suggestive Hypnosis
Suggestive hypnosis is a proven approach to treating sleep disorders. In a state of deep relaxation, I give you targeted suggestions that aim to reduce stress and tension. These suggestions help your subconscious to develop new patterns that promote restful sleep. The advantage of this method lies in its ability to quickly bring about positive changes.
Learn Self-Hypnosis
During our sessions you also have the opportunity to learn self-hypnosis techniques. This gives you a valuable tool with which you can reach a relaxed state on your own. Self-hypnosis allows you to find peace anytime and anywhere and makes it easier to fall asleep. This gives you more control over your sleep and allows you to actively work on your recovery.
Analytical Hypnosis
Analytical hypnosis goes deeper and helps to uncover hidden causes of your sleep problems. In a state of deep relaxation, I will guide you in identifying possible triggers or experiences that could be influencing your sleep problems. By identifying and processing these roots, we can achieve long-term changes. This method is particularly beneficial for people who want to understand the origin of their problems.
Autogenic Training
Autogenic training is a well-researched and widely used method for self-regulation and stress reduction that has proven particularly effective for sleep disorders. Through regular exercises, you learn to put your body into a state of deep relaxation. This technique not only helps you fall asleep more easily, but also offers long-term solutions for permanent stress reduction.
Yager Code
The Yager Code identifies and resolves unconscious blockages that could be emotional or psychological factors in your sleep problems. This method helps you to identify and process deep-rooted causes.
EMDR
EMDR is often used to treat trauma and can also help with sleep disorders by processing stressful memories.
Talk Therapy
In talk therapy, I offer you a safe environment to explore your sleep problems through empathy and unconditional acceptance. Together we explore your thoughts and feelings in a protected space full of trust.
This method promotes your self-confidence and personal growth.

My methods are designed as short-term therapies, so - in contrast to many other approaches -
noticeable changes are often possible after just a few sessions.

Each of these methods can be used individually or in combination.
In the preliminary discussion, we will find out together which form of therapy is best for you
and estimate the duration of the treatment.
