Stutter

Stuttering affects around 1 percent of the population, which amounts to around 800,000 people in Germany.

If you are affected by it, you know how stressful it can be.

It is not only a challenge in everyday life, but can also cause feelings of fear, shame and insecurity.

You may feel stressed or avoid certain situations altogether because speaking is so unpleasant.

Stuttering can become more frequent, particularly in important conversations or public appearances, and increase the pressure.

In relaxed environments, however, the symptoms often appear less frequently.

I understand how difficult it can be to deal with these challenges and I know that stuttering can be deeply rooted in the subconscious.

My therapy methods start right there: in the subconscious.

These methods are designed as short-term therapies and can bring about noticeable changes in just a few sessions.

Suggestive Hypnosis

With suggestive hypnosis, I use targeted suggestions to positively influence your thoughts and feelings. By directly addressing your subconscious, the fear of speaking can be reduced, which leads to a significant improvement in the flow of speech. Self-hypnosis In my practice, you will also learn self-hypnosis techniques that will help you to deepen and consolidate the effects of the therapy at home. These techniques allow you to independently improve your ability to speak, especially in challenging situations.

Hypnoanalysis

Through hypnoanalysis we can identify and work on deep-seated causes of your stuttering.

Traumatic experiences or other stressful events in the past are often hidden,

that can trigger or exacerbate stuttering.

We work together to work through these causes and achieve lasting improvement.

Talk Therapy

In talk therapy I offer you a safe space full of understanding and acceptance.

Here you can openly reflect on your fears and challenges when speaking.

Through reflective conversations I support you in better understanding your thoughts and feelings

and developing new coping strategies.

EMDR

EMDR is particularly helpful in processing traumatic experiences that could affect your stuttering.

Targeted eye movements stimulate the processing process in the brain,

which can defuse stressful memories.

Yager Code

The Yager Code helps to release unconscious blockages. With this method, we identify problems that lie deep in the subconscious and work to resolve them in order to improve your ability to speak.

Each of these methods can be used individually or in combination.

During the preliminary discussion, we will find out together which form of therapy is best for you

and how long the treatment is likely to last.
