Tinnitus

Do you suffer from constant noise or ringing in your ears that disturbs your peace and prevents you from relaxing?

Tinnitus is a common auditory misperception that occurs without an external source of noise and can have both

physical and psychological causes.

While some people experience tinnitus due to middle ear infections or sudden hearing loss, others are triggered by stress and constant strain. Experts also suspect that faulty processing in the brain can lead to the perception of these noises.

It is important to first consult an ear, nose and throat doctor (ENT) to clarify possible physical causes.

But if you have already tried many treatment approaches and have not found lasting relief,

it is worth getting to the bottom of the psychological aspects of the problem.

I understand how stressful tinnitus can be and how much it affects your quality of life.

Stress plays a significant role in almost all forms of tinnitus and can significantly influence the intensity of the symptoms.

The causes of stress-related tinnitus are often deeply rooted in the subconscious and cannot be overcome by rational thinking alone.

My therapy methods start directly where the problem lies: in the subconscious.

Suggestive Hypnosis

With suggestive hypnosis, I use targeted suggestions to positively influence your thoughts and feelings

and to change the perception of the noises in your ears.

This can reduce the intensity of the disturbing noises, which can significantly improve your quality of life.

Self-Hypnosis

In my practice, you will also learn self-hypnosis techniques that enable you to

work independently on your perception and the intensity of the tinnitus.

Hypnoanalysis

Through hypnoanalysis we can identify and work on the underlying causes of your tinnitus.

There are often traumatic experiences or other stressful events in the past that can trigger or exacerbate tinnitus. Together we work to address these causes and achieve lasting improvement.

Talk Therapy

In talk therapy I offer you a safe space full of understanding and acceptance. Here you can speak openly about your challenges related to tinnitus. Through reflective conversations I support you in better understanding your thoughts and feelings and finding new ways to solve underlying issues.

EMDR

EMDR is particularly helpful in processing traumatic experiences or stress-related triggers of tinnitus. Targeted eye movements stimulate the processing process in the brain, which can defuse stressful memories.

Yager Code

The Yager Code helps to release unconscious blockages. With this method, we identify problems that lie deep in the subconscious and work to resolve them in order to improve the tinnitus.

Autogenic Training and relaxation techniques

Autogenic training and techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation and meditation are proven methods for reducing stress in tinnitus. I will show you various relaxation techniques in the form of individual coaching so that you can learn to

reduce stress yourself and find your inner peace again.

Each of these methods can be used individually or in combination.

In the preliminary discussion, we will find out together which form of therapy is best for you

and how long the treatment is likely to take.

I am here to support you on your journey.
